Galaxy Market mainly handles issues through replacements, not refunds. If a product does not work correctly, we will review the case and provide a replacement within its warranty period. Refunds are only given when we clearly state so. Valid proof is required for all replacement requests. No refund or replacement will be given if the issue is caused by buyer misuse, changed FA account credentials, PayPal limitations on the buyer side, or cases excluded by the warranty rules.
