By purchasing from Galaxy Market, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short and clear so you know exactly how delivery, support and warranty work.

Refunds & Replacements

We mainly handle issues through replacements, not refunds. If a product does not work correctly, we will review the case and provide a replacement within its warranty period. Refunds are only given when we clearly state so.

Delivery

Most orders are usually delivered in less than 24 hours. Delivery time may vary because of supplier issues or replacement cases.

Stock & Preorders

When a product is out of stock, it may still remain available for preorder. If you purchase while there is no current stock, your order will be delivered as soon as stock becomes available.

Warranty

• Spotify Premium: 1 week
• Minecraft Accounts: 1 week
• YouTube / Prime Video / Canva / CapCut Pro FA / ChatGPT / Apple Music FA accounts: 23 days
• Gemini Pro + Google AI Pro 2TB: 3 months
• Nitro: 1 hour
• No warranty for Supplier Contacts

Proof Required

Proof is required for all replacement requests. For Nitro tokens, promo codes and Microsoft codes, a previous recording must show that the code arrived and was invalid.

Important Conditions

Some products depend on external suppliers, so some issues or delays may depend on them. No warranty for Nitro tokens or Spotify during wave revokes. If FA account credentials are changed, replacement rights are lost.

Supplier Price Changes

If the supplier changes the price after your purchase, you may add the extra amount or receive a refund as store balance.

Social Media Items

Social media items may drop over time. If you want to reduce that risk, ask in a ticket for a higher quality option for a small extra cost.

Localized Accounts

If you purchase an account advertised for a specific country or region, that only gives priority to that location while it is in stock. If that location is out of stock, we may deliver an account from another country. You may open a Discord ticket so staff can try to find an account from the location you purchased, but it is not guaranteed. We will do our best.

Buyer Responsibility

If your PayPal gets blocked or limited after purchase, no refund or replacement will be given. We are not responsible for misuse, illegal use or buyer-caused problems. All products are sold for educational purposes only.

Extra Rules

If you are staff and get banned from the team, your staff payment is lost. If it happens a second time, the immunity pack is not valid. These terms may be updated at any time. Buying from us means you accept the latest version. If you own one of the services we sell and want it removed, contact us and we will review it.
